The kids and I recently accompanied Ben on a flying trip to Valdosta, GA. We know so many people there right now and some good friends were throwing a birthday party for their daughter. The opportunity to catch up with people from bases past was too much to pass it up. We had a fantastic time! Thanks to all who hung out with us and entertained us. We owe you, so come see us at the beach!
We went to a pony party at which Reid wanted nothing to do with riding the ponies, though he did feed one at the end. All he wanted to do was ride the "train" and play in the "crack house". Huh? Crack house? I guess since the playhouse was made of planks that had cracks he deemed it the crack house. He was telling our friend later that day that I took him to a farm with a crack house and a mean boy. What a reaction that story got!

The "bumpy" train
He looks sad in this particular picture, but I promise he loved it
We had an evening to relax with Ben after he was done flying so we stopped at a city park on our way to dinner (Mexican food - real mexican food!).
Piper would rather remain stationary in the swing while Reid loves (and always has) getting pushed pretty high
Piper got her first taste of Mum Mums - yum!
